Casa De Refugio
This pretty 2-story house is in a quiet, residential location with mid-size waves out front. The 2-bedroom upstairs can be rented separately.
Sleeps 2-8 people in 4 beds. $850 weekly, $140 nightly, 3 night minimum. We do rent the 2 bedroom upstairs, apart from the downstairs for $700 per week, $110 per night, 3 night minimum.
Casa Oceana
This beachfront house is located in a quiet residential area on the south end of Zancudo, with nearby restaurants and grocery store. The waves in front are larger, and good for surfing and boogie boarding.
Sleeps 2 to 10 people, in 7 beds. $835 a week for the whole house, $700 per week for the upstairs only.
Casa Ola
Out at the edge of the beach there is a raised platform, beach view spot, with chairs and a roof for the sun. All the decks, and beach palapa, make this a lovely spot.
Sleeps 4 people in 2 beds. 2 bedroom, sleeps 4, in 3 beds. $620 per week, $2200 per 4 weeks.
Teak Cabin
This sweet private cabin has one double bed in a bedroom, a double fold out couch, bathroom with hot shower. There is a full kitchen, deck overlooking the ocean with table, benches, and 2 rocking chairs.
Sleeps up to 4 people in 2 beds. $650 wk, double occupancy, $120 nightly, $5 pp/per night for additional people . 3 night minimum.
Howell House
This well furnished home is on a double landscaped lot, beachside. There is a long wide deck that spans the oceanside of the house, with couch, chairs, tables, rocking chairs and hammock, to view the beach. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one large bathroom between the 2 bedrooms 3 bedroom, sleeps 6 in 4 beds, $850 weekly, $2900 per 4 weeks. Details

This lovely 2 story house s located in a quiet, private residential area, and has good size waves for surfing.
Sleeps 2 to 6, in 3 beds. $900 weekly, 5 day minimum.
San Vito Mountain Home
This unique house is a 2.5 hour drive from Playa Zancudo, at about 6000 foot elevation, with cool nights, warm days, and fantastic views. It is a work of art, and charming place to stay.
