Beachfront House in Playa Zancudo, Costa Rica

CASA DIANA- 3 bedroom sleeps 6 in 4 beds, $850 weekly, $2700 per 4 weeks.

This comfortable and nicely decorated beachfront home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins, they share a full bathroom between the 2 rooms.  There is a full kitchen, and big deck that overlooks the ocean. There is a gas bbq on the deck, and half of the deck is screened.  Downstairs has another bedroom with double bed, and basic kitchen.  There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer.   This beachfront house is located nearer to the village, and close to restaurants and grocery store. The waves in front are small, and the swimming easy. This is a pretty house, easy to live in.   20% discount from May 1 to Dec 1. The 2 bedroom upstairs can be rented apart, (we wouldn’t put anyone downstairs) for $750 weekly.  No monthly discount for upstairs only. If you want a long term, off season rent, over 3 months, the house is available at more of a discount.  Fiber optics, bikes, boogie boards.
